1018 Stabilised Wood Hand Tip

Stabilised Wood Hand Tip             length:  11cm

This Hand Tip is from a stabilised maple in blue and red.  Much of the wood stands out in its natural colouring, dense enough to deny the ingress of the coloured resin when vacuum treated. The photograph doesn't do it justice but the knot detail near the bottom is quite extraordinary. The tip is nickel silver.
