Continental Bobbin ( Pau Rosa ) length 16.5cm
A dense, fine grained wood Pau Rosa has a warm ,deep orange wood.
It is fitted with a brass tip and detailed with a casein ivory collar ( a resin polymer created from milk protein ).
NB: The bobbins available have a grain almost identical to the one shown in the image.
